About Horsley Hills


Horsley Hills is a hill station lying in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Lying at an altitude of 1260m above sea level, Horsley Hills has a dense vegetation with trees like Sampangi, Sandalwood, Gulmohar, Eucalyptus, Amla, Allamanda etc. There is a 150 year old Eucalyptus tree called by the name Kalyani. There is park and a small zoo maintained by Forest Department at Horsley Hills. There are excellant view points at various locations at Horsley Hills. Lying in the Eastern ghats, Horsley Hills are sourrounded by scrub forest and is excellant for trekking.

Route 1: Bangalore - Hosakote - Kolar - Srinivaspura - Rayalpadu - Madanpalle - Horsley Hills.

APSRTC and KSRTC runs direct services Bangalore to Madanpalle. From Madanpalle APSRTC buses and private cabs are available to Horsley Hills.
